SHIPPING + REFUND POLICY
PROCESSING TIME:
While we strive to get orders processed as soon as possible, orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
SHIPPING COSTS + DESTINATIONS:
The shipping fee varies depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. You can check the estimated shipping fee by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, entering your email address and shipping address. The shipping fee will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
CANCELLATIONS:
There are no cancellations on orders once they have been processed and shipped. There are no exceptions to this rule.
DELIVERY + DAMAGE ISSUES:
A happy customer is our number one goal! If you're experiencing any issues at all,
we want to hear about it, and try to make it right. Please reach out by sending an email to riverrosecandlecollection@yahoo.com. We’ll respond in 24-48 business business hours.
In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, please send photos of the damages to riverrosecandlecollection@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery time. Damaged products upon delivery will be issued in the form of a store credit only.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES:
If a customer is not happy with their purchase due to a smell preference, customer can return the item as long as it is in an unused condition for a full store credit.
